Neil has an extensive background in product management, with over 15 years of experience innovating at Google, Lyft, Twitter, and Silicon Valley startups. At U.S. Digital Response he's helped government rapidly build and test generative AI prototypes. He spent several years at Google Assistant, managing cross-company initiatives focused on media experiences and voice-driven generative AI products, utilizing Gemini, Google's advanced large language model.

Neil taught Product Management as a college lecturer with Google Tech Exchange. He founded 2 startups and was an early employee at Turn (acquired by SingTel). He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Michigan Law School.
